1959 Scaglietti Corvette, 1 of 3. It was the result of three Texans wanting to beat Ferrari, Carroll Shelby was among them. Sergio Scaglietti designed a lot of bodies for Ferrari’s cars.

   I love Italian bodied American cars, so many beautiful ones from the 50s and 60s.

   The Ghia Cadillac 62 is another fav.

   Masterpiece of the era. It’s clearly of the time, but would be as real and relevant today. Pity we never got it.
