Pretty sure that’s a Rocky 3000GT. I think there was one of those spotted in Kyoto not too long ago even, might be the same car

This car had made so many manufacturers’ jaws drop when it came out. It was such a head turner, and when they saw it was from Toyota, they were shocked. Amazing car still a piece of automotive art to this day.

I was in Japan last summer and I was pretty surprised by the condition of old cars in general. Even cars that we would consider beaters in the US were maintained meticulously in Japan
