it looks fairly well done on the surface, but i would take a good long look at how the frame was extended if i was considering buying it

Those particular trailers (name un-researched, but maybe Award) had a nice galvanized steel frame under their entire length. How that was grafted onto the Econoline frame is unknown, of course, but they at least started with a decent, fairly light trailer. Extending van frames is covered in the various Ford Upfitter’s manuals, including wheelbase and tail extension. Hopefully they consulted that for recommendations.
