The 2023 Mercedes-Benz EQE electric car is finally here, and it’s got a point to prove. You see, when most drivers think about EVs, driving range quickly comes to mind, because charging infrastructure arguably remains underdeveloped in the vast majority of countries, including Australia. But range anxiety is less of a factor when a vehicle can travel as far between charges as this new large luxury sedan.
That’s right, the EQE has a maximum driving range that’s long enough you’ll probably not have a care in the world when driving in. But to find out just how far the new Tesla Model S rival can travel, you’ll have to watch this video.
Speaking of which, in this expert review, CarsGuide Contributing Journalist Stephen Ottley puts the EQE through its paces to find out if it offers more than just anxiety-free driving range. After all, it has premium pricing and needs to justify it in more than just one area.
