Namie Smart Mobility is a local ride-hailing service in Namie in north-east Japan. Residents and visitors can call cars with their smartphones or use set “digital bus stops” in the town and “mini digital bus stops” at restaurants, tourist facilities, and other locations. This new community-rooted mobility service is aimed to help revitalize the town and expand the possibilities of mobility.
