Found a 79’ Continental for sale while driving with my dad and looking for any advice!

Basically just stuff along the lines of “are these good cars,” “is it safe for a teenage driver,” “is this a good price,” stuff like that! I’m very new with cars so I have absolutely no idea where to start with this lol
