PPF Bubbling

I installed PPF this weekend on the front of my car.
Looks like I didn’t get all the water out and hasn’t held up with the heat these past few days. Aside from redoing the entire bumper, what suggestions do you have for repairing this?
I’ve taking a syringe and injected isopropyl in and drawing it out which made it look okay, temporarily.
