And making sure the magazine gets around the country everywhere brilliant and I’ve noticed over there you have an exhaustless automobile and Citron have provided these guys yes oh our brand new van got a whole new Fleet of electric vans it is amazing actually and it just makes our organization so much Greener
Especially in central London like say no congestion charge and it just reduces our carbon footprint massively down as well actually got the new issue here genuinely amazing this week yeah take a look oh let’s check that out so here they are Kelvin with you how do you earn
The money comes out weekly Sunday the Monday print run we buy as many magazines as we feel we can sell that week I’ve always found myself personally the biggest win it’s the last week in the first week of the month you’re independently almost running your own
Business yeah yeah yeah give me a good in science Society in life good valuable listen it’s personal skills communication skills budgeting do you enjoy it as a job yes yes I find live on it but let’s grab some of these in shall we yes yeah so it’s one big thing I’ve
Got throughout today’s obviously there’s a big misconception about what big issue is it’s not a cherry it’s not a handout it’s actually giving you guys Independence and a job and and the ability to work off your own back Be Your Own Boss yeah we’re a franchiser Magnus taught us interpersonal skills
How to communicate what would your advice be about judging big issue vendors and what they actually do talk to them if you see somebody who’s maybe looks a little bit down so I just asked about their well-being and ask them why they’re selling a big issues yeah yeah
Please spread the message and let people know and try and get more people engaged and more involved you off to your pitch might be coming to help you out so you know hopefully throw the ropes on that obviously you can outsell me that’s it that’s the one he’s made thank you so much

When you do sew one it feels amazing but I have to say how resilient you must have to be because that’s what I found with a hard of times whether people won’t even make eye contact because they’re coming towards you exactly sometimes even got your tab on it’s not
