– Hi, everyone. I’m Cassandra. I’ve just arrived at this charging station and I wanna show you how simple it is to pay to charge your Ford Electric vehicle at a BlueOval Charge Network provider with the FordPass App. The BlueOval Charge Network is North America’s largest public charging network.
And because the BlueOval Charge network includes multiple charging providers, you don’t need to activate and use all those individual provider apps, you just need the FordPass App. One app, one account, one payment method. It really is that simple in the BlueOval Charge Network.
All you need to do before you arrive at a charging station is to activate your BlueOval Charge Network account and add a payment method. This can be done online through Connected Services. Once you’ve arrived, select View Chargers in the FordPass App. It will detect which charging location you’re at
Based on your phone’s GPS and take you to the charging activation page. Click Activate once you’re confirmed you are at the right charger by looking at the name of the charger on the station and the name of the charger in the app. And once you see that the charger is ready,
Plug the charger into your vehicle to begin charging. Charges will be billed to the payment method you have attached to your account when your charging session is complete. For more information about your Ford EV, visit ford.com/electric.
