How to Quick Start-Up with Google Built-In | Chevrolet

Get a head start with your center display apps the moment you turn on your vehicle, thanks to Quick Startup. This feature is available on select 2022 or later vehicles with Google built-in compatibility. Quick Startup allows your center display apps to load at faster speeds, letting you interact with your apps

Sooner after turning your vehicle on. When you turn on your vehicle, the Chevrolet welcome screen will appear. And the apps you were using before you shut off your vehicle will be right where you left them. Say you have Google Maps open, or your favorite music playing– you can access them right away.

Want to turn Quick Startup off? While in Park, go to “Settings”” Scroll to “System.” Tap “Quick Startup” then toggle it “Off.” Just like a smartphone, you can also reboot your center display. First, make sure you’re in a safe location. Put your vehicle in Park,

Then hold the “End Call” button on the steering wheel for about 15 seconds until the center display goes black. Release the “End Call” button, and your center display will boot up as normal. With Quick Startup loading your apps faster, you can start where you left off.
