Get the best charging route! The “Charging optimised route” option automatically suggests charging stops for your trip, so the destination is reached as quickly and efficiently as possible. Details about charging stations as well as amenities give you full transparency to make optimal use of the charging time. Enter your destination.
You receive an overview of different routes with ideal charging stops based on the current traffic, availability of charging stations, the max charging power and the estimated charging time. Choose your preferred route with charging stops. To plan ahead, in the route overview select “Change route criteria”. Under “Charging route”,
Set the minimum battery charge, with which you want to arrive at a charging station and your destination. Choose if you prefer stations supported by BMW Charging or your own preferences, managed in your My BMW App. The Charging Route will eventually be recalculated for your needs.
