Power out of an engine in this case we started with the 3 l V6 twin turbo engine and brought the horsepower up to 420 and 384 ftlb of torque now we did that through four different methods the first is with wastegate control and that allows us to spin the turbocharger a
Little bit faster and get more boost we added additional cooling capacity and a sub radiator we have independent ignition control and then we also added a new Sport Plus mode that’s specific to Nismo and has 50% crisper shifting and also gear hold for the track so Lessons
Learned From GTR Nismo really the peak of Nismo performance are being applied here tell me about how so that is with our independent ignition timing it’s one of the ways we got more power out of the engine it allows us to independently control the spark of each cylinder
