The LiveWire Mulholland Is The Best Electric Motorcycle
What is going on y’all today we are out here with the Live Wire S2 mahalin and I’mma tell y’all right now I’m Excited Let’s go over a few of the specs of the motorcycle one of the big things is these electric bikes do 0 to 60 in 3 seconds you’ve got L1 and L2 charging I’m not too sure what that is I mean it charges two different ways you got uh
Quick charge and a normal charge it’s got 184 ft-lb of torque that’s right I said it 184 ft-lbs of torque and I guess you got to had that to be able to do 0 to 60 in 3 seconds you’ve got a 19in front wheel I believe this is a 120 Tire You’
Got the 17-in rear wheel that’s sitting on a 180 Tire you got this minimal almost like dual sport inspired seat on here this bike really looks like a Tracker bike to me and I love the styling of it it does look good as you can see they finally got rid of the
False tank where it looks like the bike has a gas tank this one don’t look like it got no gas tank because it don’t you’ve got a taller suspension up front you’ve got the breakout headlight that’s basically the headlight off of the breakout or it looks exactly like it but
It’s full LED lighting all the way around so can’t knock it it’s basically like a stripped down FXR inspired look to me I think Livewire was going for a strip down FXR inspired look the fenders on this bike now are cap hemp instead of a petroleum based Plastics they usually
Use all the secondary components are recycled ocean Plastics this seat is PVC fre silicone rather than leather or vinyl got these MX style pegs you got flip down mirrors I mean I love the look of this bike let me know what do y’all think about the look but uh yeah let’s
Get on the road check out that view this is a this is a nice day out wouldn’t y’all say all right let’s take a real quick look at the display here as it’s coming on it’s a very Vivid display I’m hoping that the camera is picking that up you
Got plenty of options you hit this button right here and you can go into your menu got navigation on here I believe the navigation has to be connected to a Bluetooth device and be using the Live Wire app you got music Control got information about your bike
If you hit that you can do your Diagnostics it tells you what your tire pressure is all of that good stuff in here press it again and you’re into settings in your settings you got your general in general you got things like your trip reset adjust the date adjust
Your clock change your um language change your PIN all that good stuff then you also got your ride customization you actually get Road mode sport mode rain mode eco mode and two custom modes which is pretty cool then you got your appearance here which lets you adjust your screen
Brightness to auto or manually adjust it got your Bluetooth connection you got phone notifications and you got software which I’m assuming is where you update your software so what we’re going to do is go to the home screen right here you got your blinkers you got
Your horn pretty loud you got up top you’ve got cruise control you’ve got your flash your high beams you’ve got this button to cycle through your display you got your hazards you got your traction control and you got your voice assistant button right there and then you got your controls for when you
Have your music or your Bluetooth connected to it so you can control your music to start this bike all you got to do is have the kickstand up flick this switch down press down on that center button and bike is ready to roll we’re going to start off in Rain mode today
Let’s see what options you get when you cycle through the display too you got your mileage your temperature which is 74° out your range trip a trip B back to mileage kind of basic similar to what you get on any other motorcycle all right let’s go now
I am 6 ft tall 220 lb and the seating position is it kind of feels like a track or motorcycle or like a dual sport or something like that it’s definitely you do feel like you’re sitting on the bike instead of in the bike it is a
Higher up seating position but it is quite comfortable as well as far as the seat the seat is definitely grippy I feel like I’m kind of like stuck to the seat and my legs are directly below me similar to if you were riding something like a naked motorcycle now again this
Is electric so you’re not going to get any exhaust note you’re just going to hear the wines and the wors from that electric motor which I honestly don’t hate I kind of think the sound of these bikes sound kind of cool so in raain mode this throttle is extremely toned
Down especially from a dead stop you’re not going to get the performance out of this bike but that’s what it’s supposed to do it is supposed to reduce that wheel slippage that you could get if it’s raining outside this is a quite bumpy road here and the suspension is doing its job but
I am still feeling some of the bumps it’s kind of got that sporty feel to it it’s not like a luxury ride now when you’re in Rain mode and you get up into speed and start rolling on the throttle you’ll get some performance out of it
It’s not going to be what you would get out of the other modes but you definitely get the performance and Rain Mode’s going to be perfect for someone that’s a newer Rider or someone that’s not really that comfortable with the performance that comes out of these elect electric motorcycles I’m pretty
Comfortable with it so we’re going to go ahead and jump into the next mode which I believe is eco mode and as soon as I switched into eco mode I felt engine breaking and that is because eco mode is meant to help your battery last longer so it’s going to rejuvenate with that
Engine braking when you roll off the throttle that engine braking is going to recharge your battery slowly and that’ll help you get a little bit more life out of your battery it’s not going to be like drastic it’s not going to completely recharge your battery but it
Does help the battery last a little bit longer I love this design right here where it says mahalin and kind of that brushed aluminum look and then you can see the wires going down the side I think that’s pretty stylish all right so when you are in eco mode you still get
Plenty of performance out of this motorcycle it’s just you def got that engine breaking to help slow you down and it’s prominent it’s a pro you definitely feel that engine breaking like I’m rolling on I roll off I feel myself jolt forward it definitely breaks
And I do like eco mode I rode it in eco mode um just a little bit earlier and I I I do like eco mode all right let’s jump into Road mode Road mode is the mode most people ride in the most it’s going going to be similar to
Eco mode but you’re not going to get all of that regenerative breaking I can barely say the word but it’s not going to um regenerate your battery as aggressively upon rolling off throttle like when I’m in Road mode and I let go of throttle I don’t feel any engine
Braking whatsoever but I’m feeling about the same type of performance from Road mode that I felt in eco mode so you got plenty of torque you feel that torque plenty of power plenty of performance and the bike is extremely Nimble all right so what I’m going to do now is I’m
Going to put it in Puck up your butthole mode which I like to call sport mode cuz sport mode is some totally different type of stuff if you know what I mean I’m trying to keep it PG-13 for a second I didn’t say my normal word but as you
Can see this bike handles the curves really well you’re getting plenty of torque plenty of performance and you’re catching a ton of wind like I’m catching right now and the bike is very Nimble you can definitely do some Canyon carving on this motorcycle and some aggressive riding
That wind is not playing today but it’s not affecting the performance or the ride or the handling of the motorcycle at all as you can see here it handles the curves extremely well you got traction control you’ve got everything you need to help this baby just stick to the road like a
Glove prior to riding this bike my favorite Live Wire was definitely the Dale Mar at the end of this ride I might have changed my mind the crazy thing is a lot of motorcycle manufacturers when you’re actually trying to decide on which motorcycle you want to get a lot
Of Manufacturers the bikes the biggest difference in them is the Aesthetics the way they look this bike will turn on a dime even though I didn’t do it very well um the biggest difference is like the Aesthetics the way the bike looks and things like that but with Live Wire
Each of these bikes ride different I got a car behind me and I don’t want them to get irritated I was trying to give y’all a performance check but let’s just roll on oh man you feel the GeForce like right in your chest when you roll on throttle
Because it’s that instant torque and it doesn’t matter how fast you’re going when you hit the throttle this this joint go boy it goes oh yeah so I’m going tell y’all right now if you’re in pucker up your butthole mode and you’re about to go fast you
Know you about to roll on throttle lean into it get low and hit the throttle cuz if you’re just sitting straight up you might end up somersaulting off of this baby it’s very likely for you to just fly off the bike because there’s that much torque you got very little lumbar
Support back there but the seat’s so grippy it doesn’t really feel like I’m moving around on it it does have a grippy seat I’m going to throw it back in eco mode on this road because sometimes there’s quite a bit of traffic and I don’t want to be stupid in sport
Mode all right we’re in eco mode this bike is amazing even in eco mode I’m feeling that torque and that GeForce and that performance because of the fact that it’s instant torque and the bike is so Nimble it handles really well the steering is very stiff if
You’re going in a straight line you’re going to go in a straight line when you’re ready to turn the bike it’s turning you could tell this bike was welldeveloped welld designed and has a premium feel oh my God I love this thing I don’t even miss the fact that I’m not
Shifting gears like that’s one of the things I love so much about a motorcycle is being able to shift gears and to hear that motor revving and all of that I don’t miss any of that on this bike man I like this thing I like it a
Lot I like it a lot and I’m actually starting to like that noise a whole lot like I don’t think that’s a bad that that it sounds cool sounds like a Star Trek or um a Star Wars fighter or something like that and I don’t know if
They actually came up with that sound that they want this bike to make or what but I think they picked a really good sound for it but that is my ride on this baby I will tell y’all right now I do like this motorcycle better than the
Dale Mar the Del Mar is a great machine but between the three the Live Wire One the D Mar and this uh this one’s winning I feel like each time Live Wire puts out a bike they’re making it even more and more fun like they’re doing a good job I
Can’t wait to see what else they decide to come out with but this is a must ride if I was going to put this on a scale of 1 to 10 as far as must own um being a 10 and one being I don’t care if I own it
Or not I’m going to get this baby a solid 10 if I could put one of these in my garage I 100% would I would definitely put this alive wire in the garage comment down below 1 through 10 what do you think I mean you didn’t get

That bike it looks good it’s very different it’s not like what you traditionally would see when it comes to electric motorcycle or a motorcycle it I don’t know if it has like a bug fighter tracker St I don’t know but I love the look of it I love the way it rides I’d
