I met up with Lee aka The MacMaster for some lunch, which meant using the public charging network. You won’t believe the maths of this one…! What’s cheaper, a 1994 Volvo 850 T5 Turbo Saloon or a 2020 Porsche Taycan ‘Save The Planet’ Electric Battery Vehicle?
You’d think the Taycan should run on nothing but cow farts and windmills, so it would cost 50p to fill the tank and wipe the floor with the old Volvo eh? Well, not so much.
