My grandfather (Mo) said that his mother had a Black ’67 Mercury Cougar XR-7 from the late-60s to the mid-70s with the base 351-2V engine. I don’t know what happened to her car in the mid-70s.

Hard to say if this is a 67 because no side marker lights on the front fenders which indicates 67 but it does have the reflectors on the rear quarters which weren’t there until 68.
