Excellent spot. This is a Rolls-Royce Phantom VI originally built for Elizabeth II’s Silver Jubilee in 1977. It has a raised roof so that hats can be worn inside the vehicle, and the rear section of the roof actually has a cover that can be removed to expose more glass underneath. The Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament is replaced by one of St. George slaying the dragon when the vehicle is carrying the head of state.
This Phantom VI was also used at the wedding of Prince William and the now-Princess of Wales. This is one of my favorite Phantoms and I have a 1/43 scale model of it with the glass roof.
