Some context for anyone who wants it: The Cortége is an annual parade held in Gothenburg by the Chalmers university. These machines are a staple of the Cortége and are always a fun sight, there’s more than what’s shown in this video though like a bathtub car, pedal-driven bar on wheels and a sofa car and probably more I’ve forgotten. The year before this they also had a flame spitting BTTF delorean made from a Renault Megane which was a lot of fun to see
The main part of the parade is trucks with structures and students on the bed acting out different things that have happened during the last year with a healthy dose of humour. Ofc many of the jokes made wouldn’t really be understood by people not living in Sweden but I promise it’s a lot of fun. Aside from that there’s the occasional marching band and cheerleaders and that’s pretty much it.
