How much psi should I be running on my e46? I usually run about 45psi but I noticed my tires would eventually debead not long after changing them and the wheels don’t leak any air

   You can run slightly more than what the tire suggests on a stretched tire

   I was running around -12 rear at one point, what was the benefit to such a high psi? I had 215/35 18 on 9.5” and never had debead issues
