Which one do I need to adjust for ride height

I bought a set of coilovers (not exactly the same as these but they have the same adjustments) and I want to adjust the ride height at the rear of the car. At first I thought it was the blue one but wouldn’t that mess with the preload?

Thanks for the help

  1. Back when I had a car with separate springs and struts there wasnt an adjustment on the strut and I just had the spring perch to adjust the ride height.

  2. If they’re divorced, you adjust them both. I’d look up a YouTube tutorial

I had adjusted my spring before to lower my car

There’s a locking collar under the spring. It’s the second one usually. Turn it loose and out of the way and then you can turn the other collar directly under the spring to lower the whole thing. I would measure out how far you want to go and try to keep it equal. Where ever you end up remember the car will settle just a hair more overnight

The red circle is the lock. break that loose then use the lower ring circled in blue to raise height and the upper ring to lower .
