Do they have to have four wheels? Because my first choice is the Reliant Robin.
If not I would have to go with the Morris Marina but that may be because I watch too much vintage TopGear.

Morris Marina. Mine kept getting hit with pianos.
In any case it’s not the Allegro. For all it’s weirdness, it does make a real effort. It had air suspension and was more forward thinking than the competition. It is probably top 10 but not even top 5. People who mention real MGs and the Rover 3500 as the worst british car, should be shot.
