It’s now been 12 years since the RX-8 was discontinued.) * 2004 Mazdaspeed MX-5/Miata (not just into the 2nd gen, but the facelift of it, and this is the only turbo version ever produced. A year later, the 2rd gen arrives.) * 2004 Mazda3 (2nd year after dropping the 323 name and the BK MPS will soon be 20 as well.)

Man Mazda was really on something back then.

Late 90’s early 00’s was my generations peak.

Everything from 1988-2008 was fucking great.

These are all about as old as I expected. If anything I’m surprised some aren’t older.

I sure miss the mid-2000s car culture. They had some great cars, and shows like Top Gear and Fifth Gear were in their prime.
red_fuel
They made so many nice cars during that period. Not shown; Volvo S60/V70 R, VW Passat W8, Audi RS6 Avant

The e46 came out 25 years ago (not the CSL but the non M 3 series)
Other than not having an iPad slapped in the middle of the dashboard the car still feels modern. Drives better than most new cars, has most of the convenience features like auto wipers and lights.

What’s that car with “255 CVX 92” on the front?
**I need one.**

I might be a bit biased but man the AP2 s2000 has aged very well. Still very modern looking despite being 20 years old.
AP1’s on the other hand are starting to show it’s age, but changing the headlights and taillights to AP2 lights definitely updates the look of the AP1

Now that you have the Celica. I have not seen one on the streets in years.

my Z is definitely showing her age but she still looks as good as she did 20 years ago!

That’s funny… both of the cars I have now are in pic 11.
I am *not* responsible with my car purchases *at all*….

The Carrera GT and S2000 have aged INSANELY well
