Please help identify this odd side-mount German shock

I bought an air ride kit from a German manufacturer for my Benz ([T/A Technix 560SEC Air Ride Kit](https://www.tatechnix.de/tatechnix/gx/air-ride-suspension-kits/airride-kits-with-air-management/-167781/-167801/s-class-167982/sedan-168278/w126-168531/ta-technix-air-suspension-with-airmanagement-suitable-for-mercedes-benz-s-class-w126-sedan-c126-coupe-45996.html?language=en)), but it came with a set of rear shocks that I am having trouble identifying.

I need to replace the shocks with the same size/type, but I have never seen shocks with this type of side mount. The company that sold the kit is being difficult and not helping at all aside from offering to sell me the same shocks (which went to shit after \~2000 miles) and any mechanic or suspension shop I have gone to has said they have no idea of what type this specific shock is or where to source it.

I was planning on hitting up Bilstein and Koni but I had a lightbulb moment thinking Reddit should be next stop.
