Doesn’t say anything about charging speeds so that probably didn’t change. And range increase is only 4 miles. That could be from some aero changes.

They’re adding an SS high performance trim (595HP, 3.4 second 0-60), and small incremental improvements to range and HP for the other powertrains.

The SS trim is $61k!  Tesla model Y performance is $51k! I get that you’re going to get customers with very strong feelings of brands, but holy shit the pricing is completely uncompetitive.

Add in the poor DCFC speeds and it becomes an extremely unattractive purchase.

The SS FINALLY! The reason I leased a Mach-E GT is because I was tired of waiting for the SS. Looks like I know what my next lease will be!

Is this the first EV with three drivetrain choices? The 2025 Blazer EV will be available in RWD, AWD, or FWD! Kinda cool and shows how versatile and flexible EVs can be compared to ICE.

  6. No CarPlay or android auto, more subscriptions, no real additional customer value.

61k for a mediocre EV is insane. This should be priced under $35k imo.

I just want a Bolt with 300kwh charge speed

No SuperCruise available on the RWD RS? Very odd configuration choices here. The RWD RS looks like it would be appealing except for that miscue.

Plus the lack of Android Auto/Apple Carplay is a dealbreaker for many buyers. I’m sure the native software is decent enough, but I don’t want to pay for yet another data subscription.

Does anyone have a video/article of the Blazer being tested at 70mph or 75mph? I’m surprised I can’t find it.
