Does This Convince You To Purchase or Scrap Electric Vehicle
Some people are raving about electric vehicles claiming they are the greatest thing in the world. Others are dissing EVs saying the industry is a threat to all mankind. Possibly the truth to this argument is somewhere in the middle. There are lots of pros and cons with this industry. Proponents say EVs have the most innovative high tech rides and the new electric cars and trucks are sleek and stylish. They say electric vehicles reduce our dependence on fossil fuels as we get rid of those gas guzzling engines that pollute the air. The new electric engines are fast and have lots of horsepower and they are now being offered in almost every make of car and truck on the market. And these days there is everything from electric skateboards and scooters to electric motorcycles and bicycles. However, opponents say the Big Brother mandates are bogus and no one should be forced to purchase an EV especially when the technology is expensive these days. And there are concerns about the real world distance EVs can travel and there is a shortage of charging stations that can make commuting very difficult for the everyday driver. The electric grid is going to be overtaxed with millions of EVs on the road and the jury is still out on some of the reliability of the electric motor technology.
