It’s your call. Think of it as a resto-mod without the coyote Motor. It’s not original so it doesn’t and won’t have the original value. It’s clean from what I can see in the limited picks.
I’d stay below $30k in my opinion since it’s not original and it’s not a full blown resto-mod. Just my 2 cents.

You really need the frame and undercarriage checked before anything. Those were notorious for rotting away. That’s the main reason i stayed away from the through the years, especially living in Michigan.

Have you gone along the body with a magnet to look for bondo or rust? Is there rust on the subframe?

its hard to tell just from these photos. does the engine run smoothly? are there any rust spots? has the car been refurbished or is it extremely well-preserved? these are some of the things that count towards the price

Dual 4s? No thanks, it’s a 5 mpg car. Cars like this need to be carefully inspected underneath, and in the spots you might not ordinarily look. Might be in excellent original condition, or rusted to shit and patched over and cobbled together out of scrap metal. The fact that everything under the hood has been sprayed with some black stuff (paint? Undercoat?) is a warning sign, because I bet the whole bottom and inside all the wheel wells has the same treatment.

The red paint job at the front of the motor (even painted over the hose clamps) would make me walk away, fast-as someone else said, the engine bay has been painted with something black…it also has an active coolant leak; get away from it.

I just saw a 69 boss 429 go for 375k at Barrett Jackson. This car easily could pull 60k if there’s no rust. 40 even if there is I bet.
