Electrify America offers a 2-year complimentary charging program for BMW iX & i4 customers and a 3-year complimentary service for BMW i7 customers (conditions apply, please check the respective model page on BMWUSA.com). Confirm enrollment in the Electrify America program before using one of their charging stations via their app.
Once confirmed, use the My BMW app to locate one of their charging stations.
Once at the charging station, connect the charger to your vehicle first. Then, open the Electrify America app and select “”CHARGER,”” then swipe to begin charging.
