How to personalize your Porsche | Tutorial | Spot On

Spot On is a series where we explain different features of your Porsche. In this episode, find out how you can personalise your Porsche experience and save the settings for up to five different profiles. Don’t forget to unlock the full potential of your Porsche experience with the My Porsche app – the ideal companion for your Porsche experience: https://apps.apple.com/lv/app/my-porsche/id1559529059

You will need:
► An active Porsche ID account which you can create on the My Porsche Website: https://porsche.click/MyPorsche_YT. This is your unique account which allows your vehicle to remember you and your preferred settings every time you enter your Porsche
► Active Connect Services

Now you’re ready to dive into the tutorial to personalise your Porsche experience and take everyday driving to the next level. Time to make a Porsche, your Porsche:

After you are logged in, you can personalise a wide variety of systems, like your favourite radio stations, navigation settings, climate control and your seat, steering wheel and mirror positions. Most of these settings are stored for the currently active profile. But what about when a new driver sits in the cockpit? The setting for the driver can be updated in line with their Porsche ID. Up to five accounts can be activated per vehicle. If you delete an account, the corresponding settings for that driver will also be deleted.

What about multiple Porsche users?
The currently logged in Porsche ID is saved on the car key when you leave the car. If you have two recurring drivers – a main and secondary user – who are regularly driving the car, we recommend using different keys for each user to ensure that the correct profile and personalised settings are activiated when each relevant person climbs into the car. Personalisation in your Porsche, truly is key!

What if I don’t have a Porsche ID?
Customers without a Porsche ID won’t miss out – they can register as a guest user and still personalise the Porsche.

Memory buttons:
The memory buttons in the door panels are not linked to your Porsche ID. You can save with them: seat, mirror and steering column settings any time, plus retrieve them again by pressing the buttons, no matter which profile is activated.

So there you have it: Porsche personalisation made easy. Now you’re equipped to drive forward with the ultimate Porsche individual mode, honed to your needs. Join us for the next video, where we explore how to use the Porsche charging planner: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZXepTAiF_g
