Thanks to English Electric Motor Co. I have this RGNT (Pronounced Regent) No.1 Classic se electric motorcycle on loan for a couple of weeks. This is a CBT legal electric motorcycle but I will say now it is not for 17yr old. This is the first ride video the full review with all my honest thoughts comes later, I have to test the bike first.
