Your all-new Blazer EV RS comes with some exterior lighting animations. As you walk up, you’ll notice the front light bar. The vehicle welcomes you with some nice animation. This will also animate when you exit and walk away. When you are charging your Blazer EV,
The light bar across the grille will also animate and flash in coordination with your tail lights showing the state of charge. Lighting animation is customizable. So let’s take a look at how to do that. For your lighting animations, when you approach and depart,
Those can be found inside your Settings app on your home screen. Open Settings, then Vehicle, and scroll down to Lighting. Inside lighting you can select Approach and Departure Lighting. Within this setting, you have three options: Off, Animated, and Simple. Animated results in an animated sequence when you approach and depart.
While Simple has the lights turn on and off at approach and departure without the choreographed dance than Animated enables. You can also turn this Off, which results in no lighting behavior on approach or departure. Your animation settings related to charging behavior are actually located in a different location.
Going back to our home screen, go to the Charging app, then the Settings tab, and tap the Notifications option. Inside that menu you can toggle the Headlight Charge Indicator or select the setting for a full description of the feature. Thanks and enjoy your Blazer EV.
Blazer EV’s front light bar greets you with customizable lighting animation when you approach and also upon exit.
