I’ll say it til the cows come home, when Ford discontinued the Edge they should’ve just replaced it with a two row version of the Everest. It makes the most sense considering it shares like 60% of its parts with the Ranger so the cost to produce it would be less and it could really take the fight to the Grand Cherokee/4Runner.

I’ll never understand why ford doesn’t bring the Everest to north America.
It’s no secret that North Americans love off road capable vehicles. Hell the grand Cherokee and 4runner sell metric fuck tons of units year over year. Yes ford now has the Bronco but not everyone wants a plastic heap like that, same reason why people buy a grand Cherokee over a wrangler.
The Everest is essentially an SUV version of the ranger, so it wouldn’t be very hard to retool a plant to manufacture them. With the edge being discontinued this model year its the perfect time for them to bring it over, but they won’t.

REALLY want the Fortuner. Literally a Hilux but SUV. Wish they offered these kinds of cars in Canada.

In Australia all of these are absolutely everywhere

My friend has the latest gen Isuzu MDX like the one above. It’s a very good, solid car & undercuts most of its competitors in price. Wish Isuzu made a return to the U.S., now that SUV & truck sales are hotter than ever.
