    The tread side rollers are in for a bad time. This wouldn’t last long in muddy conditions, which is why I suspect it never made out of development.

    However, with new materials like Carbon Fiber, Spectra and whatnot… maybe?

    So this flexible thread has to hold up the ‘tank’ by torsion alone?

    So with some metal fatigue would just crack under the weight and you wouldn’t be able to drive anymore.
