I have a base f10 535i and want to lower my car. I would love to get fitment like the first pic or something similar and was wondering if I should get spring or coil overs and larger wheels. Should I get 19 inch or 20 inch? Spacers or no spacers? Right now I have 245/45/18

Those Would probably be 19s on a meaty setup with coils. Depending on the wheel you want, you would need an aggressive offset or if it doesn’t come in the offset you want than you would need spacers
Coilovers, rolled fenders, and a lot of measuring.

Wider wheels, more offset or spacers, and coils or bags.

be prepared to take off the wheels for the 100th time lol, not many know what goes into getting that right fitment, trying out many tire sizes, guessing the right offset and wheel width lol
