I purchased a used Stance+ 15mm PCD Hub Adapters VW 4×100 57.1 M12 to Audi 5×100 57.1 M14 to put aftermarket wheels on my 93 Corolla, the problem is I don’t know which nuts, bolts or screws I need and what size it has to be.

No offense but why go through all that work for a 93 corolla. There are plenty of nice 4×100 wheel options out there
To hold the adapter on ? Tapered short lugs in whatever your thread pattern is, m12x1.5/ m12x1.25 ? And tapered for the wheels. Personally speaking I don’t have a hubcenteric ring and snugging the tapered lugs down in a star pattern centers the wheel anyhow. Good luck mate !
