C/V Axle for lowered suspension

Hello all! Hoping I can get some long needed help here- I’ve been having the same issue with my Passenger side axle for almost 2 years now! I’ve gone through 4 different sets of axles (Yes, I’ve bought 8 different axles before seeking help.) The car isn’t super low IMO, but I could be used to it. The passenger is really the only one giving me any issue and it’s bad. This horrible shaking like my front right wheel is about to fall off. I’ve narrowed it down to the CV axle so I don’t need help on that front. I need help finding a longer (8mm is preferred) passenger axle.

I’ve gone through a few different brands, so I know the ole Motorcraft being preferred and anything not remanufactured is 2nd. Unless Motorcraft makes them I don’t think that’s an option. If anyone has a brand or part # that is 8mm longer PLEASE lmk- I’ve tried countless forums and somehow come up empty. Thanks in advance! It’s a 2014 if that helps. Pic for reference(?)

If you’re eating CV axles, check your engine/trans mounts. That doesn’t sound normal. If your engine has a lot of vertical or lateral movement under load, it causes your axles to move at more extreme angles and they’ll wear out sooner. Performance cars sometimes come with fluid filled mounts which leak and allow for excessive movement.

Stop bandaiding the problem and try to diagnose the source of the issue.

Honestly the thing that has worked on both of my cars that are lowered is axle spacers, i’ve used the GK tech spacers on both of my cars and they work perfectly. Not sure if they make them for your model but it’s worth a shot.
