You do know that the Turbo 400 is just the heavy duty automatic transmission?
Car most likely has a SB350, though some did come with the BB427.
I average about 1600- 2000 ks per year in my ’69 Buick. Best way to keep ’em reliable is to use ’em. *And it’s fun.*

Don’t see 427 badging either so this is a 350 small block. Cool car but turbo 400 really means nothing.
