JSW MG Motor has launched the Windsor EV, its third electric car in India, at a starting price of Rs 13.50 lakh (ex-showroom). One can also drive home the EV at Rs 9.99 lakh by opting for its unique battery on rent scheme which offers payment against distance driven.
