Yes there is a way. But if you’re asking here, it won’t look good when you’re done. There’s a reason pros charge so much.

That car is new enough that going to a junkyard is your best bet. Just practice removing it in your own before you go so you don’t fuck up the new one when removing it.

Doesn’t look like a headliner looks like a sunshade for the sunroof.
If this is really bad you have to pull the headliner and pillars to get to the mechanism to replace.
Some cars need the rear glass taken out to do this.
If this is what I said then I’d cut it tuck it back and have the sunroof ceramic tinted and call it a day.
