Need help with fitment

Hey guys! I have a 1998 LS400 and I am ready to to purchase my dream wheels, Work Emitz. Before spending 5 grand I’d like some opinions and final checking before I purchase. Really bad with the offset game, don’t really understand it well enough to make a decision. Could also use some help on some tire sizes as well! Plan on going to a 19×11 set up, but if you think differently let me know, I am open! Thank you so much in advance.

Currently Running:

SSR

Rear: 18×12.5 -1 (-15 camber) w/ 265/35/18
Front: 18×11 +1 (-8 camber) w/ 225/40/18

Talked with fitment industries and they came up with these specs:

Work Emitz

Rear: 19×11 + 29
Front: 19×11 + 10
