It’s not like theres a shortage of hemi chargers if you really want one.
BcuzRacecar
yay another car people dont like with a crazy high sticker that will sit on lots and theyll do 50% off leases (with $7500 of tax payer money included) to move them.
there is a gas inline 6 car coming too but dodge ig doesnt wanna talk about it
rudbri93
I want you to know, back when it came back and was 4dr, people freaked the fuck out, then they aold like crazy.
TReaper14
Is the general opinion that people don’t like this car? I think it looks really clean, and would love to see one. It actually looks like a classic charger modernized
FizzilessChampagne
dont act like this car isnt fucking awesome
Turbulent_Gene_7567
Looks clean and it will be available with a 6 inline as well. Honestly, if they had introduced it with a Hellcat V8 option, the internet would have loved it.
1GloFlare
The name is fitting now, but it would be a lot better without the fake exhaust sounds
Anteater_Reasonable
It’s less douchy looking than the old Challenger and it’s fast as fuck. Failing to see the abomination.
I_hate_being_alone
How is that the most powerful muscle when Demon exists?
your_pal_mr_face
I mean, aside from being electric and what not, I think it don’t look half bad
Chevy437809
Design wise I like it more than the charger before it
Hourslikeminutes47
What’s wrong with it? It looks awesome
Affectionate-Judge-6
“Scat pack” huhh???
Scat reminds me of well, you know.
Legitimate_Life_1926
I honestly like that they’re keeping the OG muscle spirit alive with the design, I’ll admit that I expect it to be unreliable as hell tho judging by recent Stellantis quality, and that them adding fake exhaust noise was too much.
LieAffectionate6849
Are people that lusted after scat packs really the same people lusting after an ev? I’m not too sure who the customer base is for these?
BabyYodaIsGod42069
I don’t see how this could be bad. It’s fast, it’s loud, and it does burnouts.
potlizard
At least it *looks* better than the previous Charger….not like a Hot Wheels car.
Big-man-kage
I think it looks cool, is it just being called an abomination because it’s an EV??
Emerald_official
for a scat pack they really picked the most boring spec they could for this ad
Jester_Mode0321
Ngl, I kinda like it and I really dislike the current chargers/challengers looks
Hour_Perspective_884
I like it
Dxpehat
They could give it some more curves and aero. I always loved the cyberpunk square LED headlights, but it’s the only good thing about it. The bumper looks dumb, especially that weird line in the corner that doesn’t connect with anything and there aren’t any other interesting design features. The back end looks quite cool too, but again, weird bumper.

idk why ppl hate this thing, I’m glad muscle cars are coming to grips with the times instead of being 2.5 tons with bigger and louder v8s each year
excited to see how the Hurricane does when it’s actually pushed instead of the Wagoneer lol
CritterShitterFuckeR
Why does it look like it’s trying not to sneeze?
ComfortableBus7184
I mean it’s not for me but it basically just looks like a slightly redesigned Challenger(?)
cleamilner
I don’t hate it, tbh
Unfair-Information-2
It looks like someone tried putting a charge body kit on a mustang.
shreddy_haskell
People here acting like the first Charger and Challengers from the last gen didn’t look like as ass. The updated ones got much more popular.
SolarMacharius562
This has genuinely gotta be in at least the top five best looking EVs imo, I really don’t understand the hate
mikel302
For anyone who is sitting back eating popcorn while they watch the stelantis shit show slowly circle the drain, Google the electric charger debut. You’ll have a good laugh.
Futura_Yellow
Honestly this thing is pretty slick. Put a Hybrid hellcat motor in there I’m sold.
BurntArnold
Something about the styling I just haven’t liked on these since I first saw em
chui76
It’s scat alright.

Gen X. No V8 is bad. Laughing in Buick Grand National, GNX. GMC Cyclone, GMC Typhoon, 1989 Pontiac Trans Am GTA 20th anniversary. Ford Mustang SVO of the 80s, Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, then Super Coupe. Chrysler Turbo cars of the 80s, Daytona, Chrysler Laser, then the Chrysler Conquest, Mitsubishi Starion, DSM Triplets, Dodge Stealth, Mitsubishi 3000GT. I can keep going, but the argument one needs a V8 for “performance” is an antique boomer argument that holds NO Water. Supra gen 4, Nissan 300ZX Turbo, Mazda RX7. I would personally like to see a V8 in the new Charger, but it’s NOT mandatory. Also, I’m old enough to remember the 1980s Charger 2.2 that was FWD.
