Its so close to being wicked… The rear wheels could poke a bit more, and some sort of hood, shaker style, cowl, or a blower peeking out would really tie it all together. The rebel bumper is surprisingly not bad either.
I say 8.5/10 for the idea, 10/10 on effort, but 6/10 on execution, that would be upped to 7 or 8 with a few changes…
It may just be the angle of the pictures making the wheel look like its sitting more inwards than it is; if that is the case, the rear fenders/ bumper looks a little wonk with the gap behind the rear of the tire and the rear of the fender well.

Wonder if it’s a police spec charger. It’s the only way to get both the V8 and AWD.
