Advice on adjusting Coilovers

I need to raise the front of my car.. the guy before me had it lowered too much and now my wheel arches are scoring into my tyres.

I had a look and besides from the rust seizing up the adjuster screws it also feels like the pressure from the springs is making it impossible to spin them up.

Does anyone know if there’s a video or guide somewhere explaining how to raise them? Or can anyone offer any advice on doing so?
